SCOTIA Armand G. Westerlund, 63, of Lark Street died Monday in his home.
Mr. Westerlund was born in Muskegon, Mich. He was a graduate of Ballston Spa High School and Albany Business College.
At the time of his illness, he was a security guard for Ball Metal Container Co., Saratoga Springs.
